INCLUDING my Quickbooks financial data in my Windows partition in WMWare! I called Keith and not only was he was able to come out first thing in the morning, but using my Time Machine backup, he got my iMac COMPLETELY back up & running again, EXACTLY the way it was right before the failure. I recently had a major problem with my iMac where most of the data on my hard drive had become damaged and unusable. Two & a half years later, and boy, am I glad I listened to his solid advice!
